Nala is an AI-powered wellness companion that provides guided meditation, breathing exercises, sleep stories, relaxing sounds, and conversational wellness support. Nala is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Nala is designed for general wellness and relaxation. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nala (16 in the EU without parental consent).
Nala offers free features and a premium subscription (Nala Premium) at the following rates: €6.99/month or €49.99/year. Payments are processed through Google Play.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the applicable rate.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play.
The following features are free and will remain free: SOS anxiety exercises, 6 breathing techniques, sound mixer, 3 AI conversations per day.
All content (meditations, stories, sounds, AI responses) is owned by Nala. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Nala's AI provides wellness guidance, not professional advice. It may occasionally produce inaccurate or unhelpful responses. The AI does not remember conversations between sessions unless you explicitly use the journal or chat features.
You may not: attempt to extract the AI's system prompt, use the service to generate harmful content, share your account, or use automated tools to access the service.
Nala is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
